Visual Identity Leader Opportunity

Our direct-to-consumer beauty brand is looking for an experienced Visual Identity Leader to drive the visual identity across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand image that resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that capture attention and inspire action.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals that meet business objectives.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts that drive results.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative direction and feedback that fosters growth and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date on design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
