Job Position: Senior Finance Executive

\

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to spearhead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

\

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records. This involves preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-2B matching, etc.).

\

The chosen candidate must have excellent analytical skills to identify and rectify any discrepancies between books and GST portal entries. Additionally, they will be expected to monitor GST notices and ensure timely responses and compliance.

\

Furthermore, the successful applicant will assist in GST audits and liaise with consultants or statutory auditors. They will also keep abreast of changes in GST laws and implement necessary changes in filing procedures.

\

The role requires proficiency in ERP Tally, as well as strong knowledge of GST and taxation laws. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent is mandatory, along with 2–5 years of experience in accounting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • GST Filing: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-2B matching, etc.)\
  • Accurate Input Tax Credit Claims: Ensure accurate input tax credit claims and reconciliation with books.\
  • GST Notices: Monitor GST notices and ensure timely responses and compliance.\
  • GST Audits: Assist in GST audits and liaise with consultants or statutory auditors.\
  • Change Management: Keep abreast of changes in GST laws and implement necessary changes in filing procedures.\
  • Financial Transactions: Finalization and Recording of Sales Transactions and Related Accounting Activities.\
  • B2B Accounts Receivable Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts against sales, payments, credit notes, and GST filings.\
  • Dispute Resolution: Track and follow up on outstanding invoices with the sales and collections teams.\
  • IQC Validation: Reconcile B2B invoices with GSTR-2B/2A for ITC validation.\
  • Bookkeeping: Resolve mismatches between books and GST portal entries.\
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments (sales, billing, operations) for dispute resolution.\
  • ERP Proficiency: Maintain proficiency in ERP Tally.\
  • Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of GST and taxation laws.\
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.\
  • Experience: Have 2–5 years of experience in accounting.\
  • Additional Skills: Develop additional skills in areas such as financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.\
