Advanced Cloud System Reliability Specialist

This is a technical role that focuses on ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems. As a System Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing customer-reported issues, maintaining system health, and collaborating with Engineering teams to implement tools and processes that enhance system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues related to our SaaS platform.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot ThoughtSpot cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement tools that improve debuggability, supportability, and system performance.
Requirements
- Hold a B.S. degree in Computer Science or have relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, customers, and team members.
- Possess relevant work experience troubleshooting complex Linux Systems and managing distributed systems.
