Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning & Design:
    • Develop thorough test plans and strategies to ensure coverage of critical business processes.
    • Identify and define test scenarios and cases to validate software functionality.
  • Automation Testing:
    • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
    • Write efficient test scripts to automate functional, regression, and performance tests.
    • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution.
  • Manual Testing:
    • Conduct detailed manual testing, including exploratory, functional, integration, and UAT.
    • Document and track defects for timely resolution.
    • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Perform thorough testing across platforms and devices to ensure compatibility and usability.
    • Ensure applications meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to understand requirements and goals.
    • Provide regular status reports on testing progress and quality metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency.
    • Stay updated with latest testing tools and trends to optimize software quality.
