Concept Artist Position

We are seeking a talented Concept Artist to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality concept art that showcases your creativity and technical skills.

  • Create quick and detailed drawings and paintings of environments, characters, buildings, vehicles, and props to support the project's artistic vision.
  • Liaise with producers, art directors, game developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and goals.
  • Conduct research on concept subjects, styles, and genres to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and refine concepts and designs throughout the production process, taking into account feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize traditional and digital techniques to create designs in 2D and 3D through drawing and painting, as well as proficiency in software such as Photoshop and SketchUp.
  • Present ideas and designs clearly to clients and design teams, and adapt to feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in fine art or a related field, preferably with a strong foundation in traditional arts.
  • Proficiency in software such as Photoshop and familiarity with creative programs and technologies.
  • Bold and inspirational thinking under tight deadlines, with a positive attitude and drive to succeed.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing interesting, stylized characters and environments.
