Technical Field Solutions Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced technical professional who can help drive business growth by building strong relationships with customers and partners.

About the Role:

The primary focus of this position will be to develop technical relationships with key customer accounts and OEM partners, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. This will involve identifying opportunities to win new business, as well as providing ongoing support to existing customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with customers and partners, and working closely with them to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs
  • Providing technical support and training to customers and partners, both in-person and remotely
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver marketing campaigns and sales materials
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, and experience working with customers and partners in a similar capacity.

In terms of specific requirements, we are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of CPU and server system architecture, server benchmarks, GPU computing, and server platform enablement
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex problems involving multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams
