AI Developer - Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI developer to design, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and intelligent agents, integrating services like Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Speech, and Document Intelligence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing clean, efficient Python backend code to operationalize these systems, architecting and implementing RAG-based applications and intelligent agents for search, document processing, and other NLP/NLU use cases.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, proven experience in building and deploying RAG applications, and proficiency in Python, including building RESTful APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.

  • Azure Speech Services (speech-to-text, text-to-speech)
  • Azure Document Intelligence (formerly Form Recognizer)

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying RAG applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, including building RESTful APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.

  • Collaboration with data scientists, DevOps, and product teams to deploy AI models and pipelines.
  • Maintaining AI-driven features in production environments.
  • Staying current with Azure's evolving AI stack and emerging best practices in RAG and GenAI.
