Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting AWS/Azure cloud environments, operating systems, directory services, and enterprise infrastructure.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Managing logical volume management (LVM) and monitoring server health.
  • Administering user authorization and access controls.
  • Deploying, managing, and maintaining Linux/Windows instances in AWS/Azure.
  • Handling cloud storage solutions – creating/attaching EBS volumes, partitioning drives, restoring from snapshots.
  • Configuring and managing EC2 firewall settings (security groups, rules, restrictions).
  • Automating deployments with AMIs and CloudFormation templates.
  • Migrating AWS instances across different VPCs.
  • Setting up and maintaining AWS services: RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB.
  • Implementing and managing IAM roles, users, and access policies.
  • Executing server patching, decommissioning, file system, and network configurations.
  • Managing Active Directory and LDAP directory services for authentication and access.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
