Our organization seeks a seasoned project leader to spearhead the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex HVAC projects to meet industry standards and specifications.
  • Installation & Commissioning: Direct the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all HVAC systems are thoroughly tested for functionality, safety, and performance to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for each project, including project schedules, progress reports, and test results.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, quality, and budget through proactive risk management strategies.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for HVAC system installations, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.

Qualifications

Education
  • A bachelor's or diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience
  • A minimum of 14-18 years of experience in HVAC project management is essential.
Technical Expertise
  • A solid understanding of HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning principles is necessary.
Skills
  • Proven ability to manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
