Cybersecurity Leader

Oversee strategic initiatives to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture, while driving continuous improvement in threat detection and incident response. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operations align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Cybersecurity Awareness Program Development & Execution:
  • Design a comprehensive program tailored to internal audiences.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures for operations while continuously refining processes.
  • Create an annual awareness calendar including campaigns, phishing simulations, newsletters, security champions initiatives, and gamified learning.
• Content Creation and Communication:
  • Develop engaging security-related content (emailers, videos, infographics, playbooks, e-learnings).
  • Localise content for cultural and regional relevance across geographies.
• Training & Phishing Simulations:
  • Develop role-based security training.
  • Analyse and report training completion rates and effectiveness using data analytics.
• Regulatory Compliance & Audit Management:
  • Ensure operations remain compliant with evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead and oversee security audits by ensuring processes align with audit standards.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Communications, or a related field. Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security are preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong cybersecurity knowledge, excellent communication skills, experience planning and running large-scale campaigns, and analytical mindset.
