Job Title: Creative Lead

We are seeking a talented Creative Lead to join our team. As a Creative Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving our creative business offerings, helping current and prospective clients go beyond traditional public relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Relations: Partner with the public relations teams to identify opportunities for creative services and sell innovative solutions to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their goals and align them with our creative expertise.
  • Creative Strategy & Execution: Oversee the development of creative strategies across social media, paid media, data, analytics, design, and content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation thrive. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of creative services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior creative role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across social media, paid media, digital marketing, design, and content
  • Demonstrated ability to sell creative services to clients and secure new business
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
