Job Title: Asset Growth Manager

As a skilled asset growth professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's equity investments and achieving targeted returns on investment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of companies and sectors to inform investment decisions and ensure consistent monitoring of assigned entities.
  • Examine financial reports, including balance sheets and cash flow statements, to develop a thorough understanding of a company's financial position and potential for growth.
  • Conduct market and portfolio analysis to support informed investment choices.
  • Provide ongoing coverage of allocated industry sectors and individual stocks; monitor earning results, corporate actions analysis.
  • Analyze macro events and their potential effects on stock performance and direction.
  • Collaborate with investment back-office teams to ensure timely trade processing and maintain open communication channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and conduct comprehensive research on financial, social, and economic data and information.
  • Maintain and update portfolios to optimize performance and minimize risk.
  • Evaluate startups and prepare detailed reports to highlight opportunities and risks, justifying investment decisions.
  • Stay current on industry developments and changes in regulatory environments.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • CA / Full-time MBA Finance with minimum 8-12 years of experience
  • Working experience of SAP
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills – convey effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills – interact with stakeholders
  • Listening skills – coordinate with external & internal stakeholders
