Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing Digital Value Creation group (DVC). DVC provides our clients with value-creating insights from vast market, operational, and financial data, as well as build solutions to enable increased value and efficiency in our M&A offerings. As part of automation workstream within DVC, this role will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into web-based products and automation solutions. The products would be leveraged by our HL engagement teams as well as may be accessed by clients. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and evolving a suite of front-end UI applications and other working on bespoke development as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop financial applications using Python, Angular and other relevant technologies.
  • Implement data analytics solutions using Pandas DataFrames for processing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Automate Excel based documents using various libraries.
  • Design User interface using Angular and integrate with Python APIs.
  • Write unit tests and perform rigorous testing to ensure high-quality code and robust applications.
  • DevOps practices in partnership with our DevOps team, including CI/CD, monitoring, testing, documentation, and automation using Azure and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Use secure coding practices, logging & instrumentation, and leverage static code analysis tools.
  • Continuously research and implement the best practices and technologies to enhance application performance and security.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a full stack developer with expertise in Python and Angular
  • Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and experience with Pandas DataFrames.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with automated excel generation libraries.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Jasmine) and automated testing.
  • Testing and Debugging skills for robust application release.
  • Experience with GCP or Azure cloud services and managing production environments.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GIT.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
