Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate - IP Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent analytical skills.

  • This role requires close collaboration with customers (Patent Attorneys/ IP Counsels) to build a comprehensive understanding of their business and functional needs.
  • The successful candidate will propose customized solutions based on technical expertise and GreyB's capabilities in Intellectual Property Support Services and Patent Research & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice.
  • Conduct secondary research and analyze business insights to support the sales team in the sale of IP services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to become the 'go-to person' for solving their problems.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to track and monitor customer project status.
  • Act as an 'inside customer' to ensure customer expectations are met.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (ECE, EE, CSE) or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
