About This Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface and experience of our products.

\

Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, mapping workflows, and designing intuitive experiences that meet our users' expectations. You will create visually polished UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.

\

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.

\

You will also contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across devices and platforms. Your portfolio should demonstrate not just final UI, but problem-solving and UX thinking behind your designs.

\

A successful candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UX. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Additionally, experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points of both end-users and content creators.\
  • Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity.\
  • Create production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.\
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.\
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across devices and platforms.\
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.\
  • Present designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.\
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results.\
