Job Summary:

As a skilled Data Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help stakeholders make informed decisions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collect, process, and clean data from multiple sources.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
  • Automate data workflows and reporting processes where possible.
  • Document data definitions, metrics, and report logic.
  • Provide support and training to end users on how to use Power BI dashboards effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience querying relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and effective manner.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
