At Inter IKEA Group, we're shaping the future of regulatory affairs. As a Regulatory Affairs Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving compliance excellence and influencing positive change. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating complex business environments and ensuring our operations remain aligned with evolving regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives to stay ahead of new and updated regulations, collaborating with Public Affairs and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate external activities related to upcoming legislations, gathering input from IKEA teams worldwide.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with authorities, alliances, and standardization organizations, identifying key stakeholders within assigned areas.
  • Contribute to risk assessments for retail markets, leveraging your knowledge of BIS standards and regional regulations.
  • Enhance process improvements across the organization, focusing on Regulatory Affairs requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years' experience in regulatory affairs, government affairs, or public policy.
  • Strong understanding of various regulations, including BIS standards and region-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective influence within regulatory forums.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments, with fluency in English and potentially an additional language.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout India and beyond.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹30,00,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and the location in Bengaluru, India.
