About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Executive.
In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential luxury villas and boutique properties across India.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and local agents to negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements in line with company goals.
Additionally, you will work closely with the on-boarding and operations teams to ensure seamless transitions of newly acquired villas.
To succeed in this position, you will need to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform your acquisition strategy.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of prospective properties and providing regular reports to management.
