Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Global Brand Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Brand Marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the review and approval of local seasonal marketing plans and calendars
  • Facilitate the development of campaign briefs and execute global and local marketing campaigns
  • Lead the Global Warranty Program (GWP) globally
  • Manage the Golf Ambassador relationship and bespoke product coordination
  • Compile brand marketing materials and presentations
  • Track competitive analysis and prepare reports
  • Conduct retail market research and prepare reports
  • Research and stay on the pulse of emerging trends and opportunities
  • Process and track departmental invoices and manage the Brand Marketing budget
  • Update and manage the Michael Kors International marketing contact list
  • Schedule and book meeting spaces for the Brand Marketing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Entry-level option or preferred one-year experience in a challenging work environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
