Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate financial statements in a timely manner.
  • Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities.
  • Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, AP, and Payroll for our Indian entity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for AP and Taxes related activities.
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc.
  • Manage the FAR (Fixed Asset Register) and reconcile it with the books of accounts.
  • Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare cash flow projections.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial statement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control.
  • Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
