Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Prototyping: Design and develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows.
  • Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes that outline the structure, navigation, and functionality of application interfaces.
  • Figma Design: Use Figma to design high-fidelity UI components, screens, and entire interfaces.
  • User Research & Testing: Collaborate with UX researchers to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all digital products.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, user flow diagrams, and interaction guidelines.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on rapid prototyping, wireframing, and interface design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Understanding of design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Keen attention to detail.
