Job Title

As a seasoned expert in customer experience software, you will be responsible for architecting, designing and solutioning innovative solutions. You will lead a team of consultants to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NICE CXone and UC environments, with 3+ years of experience in this field. Additionally, they should have 6+ years of software development experience, including design, custom and common coding (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++), and testing of real-time systems.

Apart from technical skills, the candidate should be able to effectively manage multiple projects and products, utilizing high-level expertise to address demanding situations from a technical and customer service perspective.
