Job Description

The Education Platform Liaison will play a vital role in forging connections with educational institutions and parents. They will cultivate strong relationships, onboard schools onto the platform, verify class details, and provide exceptional customer service.

This role requires effective communication with schools and activity providers to onboard them onto the BeeBuddy platform. The candidate must be able to verify class schedules, fees, and other details through thorough research and data collection.

Engaging with parents who have submitted inquiries is also essential, seeking feedback and offering assistance as needed.

Maintaining accurate records of outreach and feedback is crucial for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi
  • A friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor when interacting with schools and parents
  • Ability to follow established processes, use templates, and update basic records
  • Capacity to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools (training will be provided)
