As a skilled professional in the field of video editing, this position offers an exciting opportunity to elevate your creative vision and bring compelling narratives to life.

  • Lead Video Projects: Spearhead video projects from conceptualization to post-production, ensuring seamless alignment with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Advanced Video Editing: Deliver complex editing tasks, including visual effects, transitions, and animations to amplify video quality and captivate audiences.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Craft innovative narratives that resonate deeply with target demographics and drive engagement through thoughtful storytelling approaches.
  • Content Customization: Adapt content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) to optimize reach and impact across diverse audience segments.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all video outputs meet the highest standards of excellence, consistency, and brand voice, maintaining exceptional quality and precision throughout the production process.
  • Mentorship and Collaboration: Foster growth and provide constructive feedback to junior editors; collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to fulfill project requirements effectively.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Engage in ongoing research to stay current with the latest developments in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling, incorporating fresh ideas and techniques into your work.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Film, Media, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Four years or more of experience in video editing, coupled with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in storytelling, visual effects, and high-quality production.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Advanced skills in motion graphics, animation, color grading, and audio syncing.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage timelines efficiently, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong creative vision with attention to detail and a keen sense of timing and pacing.
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members or managing small video production teams.
