Job Title:

A finance leader with expertise in pharma, looking to drive commercial insights and growth.

This role demands deep knowledge of distributor management, audit compliance, and strategic planning for the U.S. pharmaceutical industry.

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering key financial milestones through robust controls and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations for U.S. legal entities
  • Lead monthly financial close and review of financials by the 2nd of each month
  • Implement enhanced controls for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation reviews and ensure accuracy and completeness of Distributor validations
  • Manage true-up workings, sales returns, obsolete inventory provisions, and accruals
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of intercompany transactions and taxation matters

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualified with 12–15+ years of relevant experience in U.S. pharma industry
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics tools
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities
