Senior Research Scientist (Biology)

We seek an accomplished Senior Research Scientist with a strong background in Biology to undertake the role of Large Language Model Trainer. This position is ideal for individuals with expertise in Indian culture and biology.

This role requires:

  • Familiarity with Indian culture and society
  • Advanced knowledge of biology, including cellular processes, genetics, and ecology
  • Proficiency in using large language models or AI tools

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying areas of digital content that require improvement
  • Providing feedback in English where necessary
  • Maintaining project conventions and guidelines as noted by the client in English

Essential qualifications:

  • Native fluency in English and one other native Indian language
  • A minimum of 5 years' residency in India
  • Able to commit to 4-5 hours of work per day (dependent on data volumes)
  • Broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics
