Interior Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Interior Operations Assistant to support our business launch. As an assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in operational requirements, identifying vendors, researching freelance designers, and coordinating projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch of our interiors segment by assisting with operational needs.
  • Evaluate and onboard vendors, suppliers, contractors, and interior designers.
  • Research and connect with freelance design firms for collaboration opportunities.
  • Collect, enter, and report data for vendors, designers, pricing, and project timelines.
  • C coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of interiors projects.
  • Support procurement, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
  • Track vendor & designer performance and operational efficiency.
  • Build a designer and vendor database, along with standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and data handling.
  • Interest in operations, interiors, and vendor/designer management.
  • Able to multitask, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
