Lead Architectural Designer

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project completion, enabling them to create clear diagrams using AutoCAD. They should be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution and conduct quality assurance checks on a regular basis to ensure regulations are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Create detailed plans and drawings outlining architectural design
- Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials to create an ideal finished product
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process
- Collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and workflows
- 5-6 years of experience in residential projects
- Language proficiency: English and Kannada (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Experience in residential project management
