**About Us:**

Bernad Consultancy Services Private Limited is a leading provider of recruitment services in the US market.

We are seeking an experienced Sr.Inside Sales Representative to join our team who can drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client accounts, and achieving weekly/monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new leads through cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
  • Managing client accounts and building good client relationships
  • Identifying and qualifying leads to ensure they meet our requirements
  • Handing overqualified leads to sales teams for closing sales
  • Maintaining account lists and contact databases to support lead generation efforts

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales with excellent communication skills
  • Graduate or MBA degree with 4-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales in the US market
  • Familiarity with technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, speech to Text
  • Relevant industry experience in IT Staffing, Contact Center/BPM Sales, Software Sales, Product or Service Sales to BFSI clients
