Culinary Excellence
This role involves ensuring culinary standards are met, including supervising kitchen shift operations, maintaining food preparation handling and storage standards, and planning and managing food quantities and plating requirements. Additionally, this role involves communicating production needs to key personnel and assisting in developing daily and seasonal menu items.

Team Collaboration
The Culinary Director leads a team of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation. This involves utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all day-to-day operations, understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in their absence, and ensure employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.

Customer Focus
The Culinary Director is responsible for providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention. This involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality and meeting the expectations of customers on a daily basis. Additionally, this role involves improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
