Medical Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with all hospital staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Cashless and Mediclaim Processing: Handle cashless and mediclaim processes efficiently, working with Third-Party Administrators (TPA) to ensure timely approvals and settlements.
  • NABH Compliance: Assist in maintaining and ensuring compliance with NABH Healthcare Providers standards and guidelines.
  • Documentation and Processes: Manage all necessary documentation and administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital policies.
  • Hospital Management Services: Oversee various hospital management services to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Fresher candidates with a degree in MBA Hospital Administration, BHMS, DHMS, or MBBS.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bond with all levels of staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in handling documentation and administrative processes.
  • NABH Knowledge: Basic understanding of NABH standards and the ability to assist in compliance efforts.
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse patient base.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle administrative challenges effectively.
