Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the design team in delivering high-quality, innovative artwork and creative assets for urban-planning and urban-design focused presentations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about design with a strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in digital and print media.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of high-quality presentations, graphical brochures and reports, and internal documents.
  • Preparing high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs.
  • Preparing high-quality Photoshop image renderings.
  • Ensure seamless liaison with the office.
  • Availability to work flexible late hours is essential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A proven track record of producing high-quality and innovative design work as a Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Experienced in managing larger creative projects with a track record of excellence.
  • A problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to effectively work alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools and experienced in using them to create diverse design solutions.
  • Experience in working with design teams ensuring high standards and creative direction are met.
  • A strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in both digital and print media.
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in urban planning/ property sector.
  • Ability to work with AI software.
  • Experience in the creation of video presentations and web-pages.
