Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing, data validation, and automation.

This role involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting systems. The successful candidate will work on automating testing for data pipelines and ETL workflows, validating data models, and developing reconciliation tests between source systems and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Snowflake (SQL queries, stored procedures, schema validation) and ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools for report validation and testing. They will also be comfortable working with test reporting, analyzing data quality metrics, and driving data-informed QA improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Testing
  • Experience as an SDET / Test Engineer with hands-on automation using C#, Playwright, and MSTest.
  • Practical experience with Snowflake (SQL queries, stored procedures, schema validation).
  • Exposure to ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for report validation and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) for UI automation and controller-based design for API testing.
  • Experience embedding test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
