- Designing and developing visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to executive stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on key metrics and goals.

- Conducting thorough analysis of project delivery efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements. Providing recommendations to project managers and teams to optimize performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of experience in data analysis, project efficiency evaluation, and reporting in a professional services environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executives and cross-functional teams.
