Role

A detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the insurance domain is required to work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and create detailed mappings to support system implementations, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, create detailed as-is and to-be process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS, define and document data flows between systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and regulatory requirements, and assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document business requirements for system implementations and process improvements.
  • Create detailed process maps using Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS.
  • Define data flows between systems and ensure alignment with business rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories to support development and testing teams.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience working as a BA for the Insurance Domain.
  • P&C domain expertise required. Experience in working on data mapping preferred.
