About the Role:

A leading organization is seeking an Integration Specialist to spearhead its Integration Squad and drive migration to a modern middleware architecture using SoftwareAG WebMethods.

  • Lead & mentor integration team, define goals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Drive migration from BizTalk/custom solutions to SoftwareAG WebMethods for seamless integration.
  • Manage API & Middleware (Azure APIM, WebMethods API Gateway) for enhanced security and compliance.
  • Design & maintain REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, and workflows for efficient data exchange.
  • Ensure integration security (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and document best practices for future reference.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in WebMethods, BizTalk, API Gateway & integration solutions.
  • Expertise in API development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, messaging protocols) with a focus on scalability.
  • Strong proficiency in APIM, BizTalk Server, SQL Server, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
  • Coding skills: C#, JavaScript, or Python for efficient solution implementation.
  • Knowledge of microservices, ESB, BPM & workflow automation for streamlined processes.
