Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our solar PV module manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery and equipment.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Oversight of corrective maintenance activities when equipment breaks down.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety laws.
  • Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget and track expenditures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a BTech/Diploma in a relevant field and more than 4 years of experience in Solar PV Module Manufacturing Line Maintenance.
