Job Title: Principal Instrumentation Site Designer
">We are seeking a seasoned instrumentation site designer to lead our projects, ensuring seamless integration of instrumentation systems across oil and gas sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of detailed design documentation, including layout drawings, cable routing plans, and instrument location plans.
">This role requires strong knowledge of field instrumentation, control systems, hazardous area classification, and international standards (e.g., IEC, ISA, API).
">Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage instrumentation design activities at sites, aligning with project specifications, codes, and standards. ">
- Perform site surveys and develop design documentation for brownfield and greenfield projects. ">
- Coordinate with process, electrical, piping, and mechanical disciplines for seamless integration of instrumentation systems. ">
- Provide technical guidance to teams of engineers and designers. ">
- Review and approve vendor documents, loop diagrams, datasheets, and technical specifications. ">
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. ">
- 9–16 years of relevant experience in instrumentation design, primarily in Oil & Gas sector. ">
- Strong knowledge of field instrumentation, control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA), and hazardous area classification. ">
