**Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a 24/7 helpdesk for Data centers and Web Hosting companies.
  • Maintaining and monitoring Linux & Windows Servers.
  • Proactively maintaining and developing all Linux/Windows infrastructure technology to ensure 24/7 uptime service.
  • Maintaining best practices for managing systems and services across all environments.
  • Fault finding, analysis, and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
  • Creating and modifying scripts or applications to perform tasks such as installing, configuring, and maintaining services like Bind, Apache, MySQL, nginx, etc.
  • Troubleshooting server issues and outages.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidates must have fluent English and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of servers and common commands.
  • Knowledge of DNS, Web server, FTP, Mail server, POP, and SSH.
  • RHCE certification is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of shell/bash scripting is an added advantage.
