Job Description

This role requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of identity management systems, focusing on Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified directory, Active Directory (AD), and LDAP technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting identity environments, along with the ability to work on complex integration projects.

  • Implement and manage identity management solutions using Radiant Logic's platform.
  • Integrate and synchronize data from AD and LDAP directories into Radiant Logic's virtual directory.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services.
  • Configure and optimize the Radiant Logic platform to meet customer-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and correlate security logs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver identity solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain F5 UI in AppViewX or any other load balancer management experience for individual applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2+ years of information security experience or experience working with information security products/platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with identity synchronization, virtual directory services, and federation.
  • Platform familiarization with Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, Critical services, etc.
  • SQL experience, including basic administration and SQL query skills, with familiarity in MS SQL, Oracle, or MySQL databases.
  • Knowledge and work experience with Change Management processes and tools.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting production and Ops Infra support.
  • Incident and Change Management Experience is a must, with Service Now being a preferred tool.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications

Prior experience with:

  • Security certifications.
  • Scripting or querying languages like SQL/Powershell.
  • LDP protocols, schema, and directory services, Radiant logic, Oracle Unified directory.
  • Identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Python.
  • Platform familiarization with Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • IAM tools, process, Privileged accounts, Monitoring.
