As a Supply Chain Operations Strategist, your role will focus on creating compelling strategies across various platforms. You'll ensure operational quality, consistency, and efficiency of our supply chain processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement engaging solutions for new initiatives.
You'll work closely with catering partners to identify process gaps in the kitchen, create vendor performance scores based on backend incidents data, and develop structured plans to close operational, hygiene, culinary, production plan & manpower management gaps.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Work with catering partners to identify and resolve process gaps
- Create vendor performance scores based on analysis of backend incidents data
- Develop structured plans to close operational, hygiene, culinary, production plan & manpower management gaps
- Achieve higher performance scores with partners
- Bring in culinary and staff management expertise through consultant collaboration
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders of key partners
- Forecast incidents and preparedness at partner kitchens and suggest solutions
- Implement service excellence and efficiency of partners
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant management/consulting
- Knowledge of catering unit operations, manpower handling, curating menus & production plans
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- People management skills
- Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint
