IT Strategist

Leadership Role

Seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to lead our IT team in supporting enterprise applications across procurement, supply chain, analytics, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain management, SaaS platforms, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of functional workstreams from strategy to production delivery by leading a team of IT specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sourcing, materials management, and finance to align IT capabilities with manufacturing supply chain operations.
• Develop and drive roadmap planning, resource allocation, vendor engagement, and IT budgeting to support long-term business objectives.
• Transform pilot projects into successful initiatives through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience in supply chain management or related field with a proven track record of success.
• Strong experience in SaaS platforms and ERP systems with ability to adapt to new technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in E2Open software with a focus on delivering business value.
• Experience in people manager role handling end-to-end processes with a customer-centric approach.
