Job Title: Automation Testing Specialist

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong background in software QA methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or Shell.
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including writing shell scripts and using Unix command-line tools.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with RESTful API testing and tools like Postman, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automation testing, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop frameworks in Java (Maven) and JavaScript (Node.js).
  • Create reusable common-lib modules for UI steps, data-driven testing, SOAP/REST API, JSON parsing, AODA compliance, PDF test, ETL support, and mobile UI testing.
