Enterprise Security Operations Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support day-to-day physical security operations and contribute to the implementation and enforcement of Security and Emergency Response Team policies and procedures across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support front desk security operations and ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
  • Assist with coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide support and guidance to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend and holiday coverage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and hub liaison, providing essential support during incident activation and response.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Indirect leadership experience
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in high-pressure situations.
