Job Title: Salesforce Data Quality Specialist

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Salesforce data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify and rectify data quality issues.
  • Implement data cleansing and deduplication processes to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with end-users and business units to understand data requirements.
  • Develop and execute data enrichment strategies to enhance Salesforce data.
  • Utilize data tools and automation to streamline data management processes.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and proactively address issues.
  • Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  • Provide support for data-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce data import/export processes.
  • Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in data profiling to identify data quality issues and trends.
  • Experience using data cleansing tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with external data enrichment tools and APIs.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of data compliance standards, such as GDPR, and implementation within Salesforce.
  • Proficient in SOQL/SQL for querying and manipulating data in Salesforce databases.
  • Experience in database management and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools for data quality and enrichment automation.
  • Proficiency in creating and customizing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with analytical tools for in-depth data analysis.
  • Experience in data migration projects, including data mapping and validation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Salesforce Chatter & Slack.
  • Experience using project management tools to coordinate tasks and projects.
  • Strong documentation skills for creating and maintaining data quality and enrichment processes documentation.
  • Commitment to staying updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address data quality challenges efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
  • Experience with specific tools such as Google sheets, Salesforce reports, Salesforce data loader and data merge, Salesforce duplicate data rules, Slack, Jira
