Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fine-tuning and adapting open-source Large Language Models (LLMs), building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, and implementing hybrid LLM solutions using OpenAI/Claude APIs.

About the Role:

  • Fine-tune and adapt open-source LLMs using NVIDIA GPU tools to drive innovation in AI technology.
  • Build AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen with structured workflows to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Implement hybrid LLM solutions using OpenAI/Claude APIs and open-source models to improve conversational interfaces.
  • Develop scalable APIs using FastAPI and containerize applications with Docker for seamless deployment.
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale AI solutions on cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to ensure high-performance systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize performance and reliability of deployed systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and NVIDIA GPU toolkits (CUDA) for accelerating AI model training.
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks like LangChain or similar technologies for building robust AI agents.
  • Proven track record of developing APIs with FastAPI and deploying them via Docker for efficient application management.
  • Proficiency in using OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and building basic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI model performance.
  • Solid foundation in Python programming, cloud deployment, and vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone for data storage and retrieval.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with tools like LangServe and Semantic Kernel for enhancing AI model performance.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools like GitHub Actions or Prometheus for optimizing system efficiency.
  • Prior contributions to open-source AI/ML projects showcasing expertise in AI development and collaboration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
