This position is based in Noida Sector 104 and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pediatrics.

You will be responsible for conducting detailed OT assessments, therapy planning and regular progress updates. Additionally, you will provide parent consultations and guide home-based intervention plans.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • OT Assessments and Therapy Planning
  • Parent Consultations and Home-Based Intervention Plans
  • Mentoring Junior Therapists
  • Delivering Quality Sessions and Ensuring Client Retention
  • Collaborating with Team Members and Management
  • Identifying New Tools and Techniques to Enhance Therapy Outcomes
  • Supporting Organizational Goals through Workshops and Awareness Events
