Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to join our team. As a pre-sales executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our flagship showroom. This role combines interior design expertise with customer engagement and sales, ensuring clients receive tailored home décor solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers, providing a premium shopping experience, and understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Offer professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs, and curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools, and prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools (preferred but not mandatory).
