Lead Collector

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections for assigned areas, achieving collection targets on various parameters, and minimizing non-performing assets while increasing fee income and revenue.

• Manage collections for assigned areas and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution flows credit cost and roll rates depending on the bucket
• Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies to minimize non-performing assets and develop initiatives to control and reduce vendor payouts
• Increase fee income revenue by identifying opportunities to improve the collection process and ensuring timely payments from clients
• Conduct asset verification and possession as per regulatory guidelines through court-appointed receivers
• Analyze delinquency trends in the area and focus on high-risk accounts to prevent defaults
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly within specified timelines
• BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO ENSURE TIMELY COLLECTIONS AND MONITOR DEFAULTING CUSTOMERS TO PREVENT FUTURE Defaults
• Represent the organization in front of regulatory bodies as required and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
• Allocate work to field executives and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with defined service level agreements
• Maintain adequate Feet on Street availability across different areas and segments, and obtain regular updates from collection executives on delinquent portfolios
• Ensure overall compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
