Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented quality assurance lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products and services through advanced testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.">
  • Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.">
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g. JIRA).">
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.">
  • Implement and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or Cypress.">
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.">
  • Perform regression, smoke, performance, and usability testing.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.">
  • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.">
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.">
  • Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.">
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) and CI/CD processes.">
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Experience in performance testing and security testing.">
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.">
  • ISTQB or other QA certifications.">
  • Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android).">
